Updates on purchasing debacles

The Dell is finally on it's way as of March 12th and is due on the 15th. TomTom still haven't managed to activate Live services. I'll give them one final chance after which I'll be cancelling things and highly recommending against buying a TomTom. It's a pity because the device itself is great, but this customer service is the single worst I've ever encountered. The 360 gaming receiver has been returned and I'm awaiting a refund. Thankfully if the vendor fails to do so I should get the money back from Amazon.
